RWJR's studio is located in Bartlett, Tn....next door to Memphis. Schools
attended were MTSU, University of Memphis and Columbia State with a focus towards graphic design and studio art. Artist Statement: One of my favorite quotes is by Joseph Campbell, "Follow your bliss...". That is exactly
what painting is for me, Bliss. Art has the power to effect people both in a positive way and in a negative way. The fact
that we feel these emotions is what makes it art. I intend to follow my bliss and continue painting, learning and teaching
what I know and have seen along the way. My hope is that I inspire others to follow their bliss and along the way people might connect
with my artwork. People say that what we're all seeking is a meaning for life. I don't think that's
what we're really seeking. I think what we're seeking is an experience of being alive, so that our life experiences on the
purely physical plane will have resonances within our own innermost being and reality, so that we actually feel the rapture
